Ales for ALS

Ales for ALS- Great Beer for a Great Cause

Voyageur Brewing Company is participating in the 3rd Annual Ales for ALS Fundraiser.  We are one of fewer than 80 breweries in the nation to participate in Ales for ALS.  Each participant was given a special blend of experimental hops donated by B.T. Loftus Ranches and Hopunion. Using those hops our brewer Jason Baumgarth created a Summer Ale with notes of citrus, tropical fruit and pine.

We’re releasing our Ales for ALS on Tuesday, June 23rd.  We’ll be open from 3pm-10pm and we’ll only have the special blend for a short time due to the limited amount of hops provided. We’ll be donating $1 of each pint sold to the fundraiser.

“We’re proud to be participating in this fundraiser. I lost my Aunt Ruth to this debilitating disease in 2011 and whatever we can do to help find a cure for ALS is an honor,” said Cara Sporn one of the owners of Voyageur Brewing Company.
