It’s August in Grand Marais, Minnesota and that means it’s time for the 88th Annual Fisherman’s Picnic. We welcome you to visit Voyageur Brewing Company for the festivities.
We’ve put the big tent up in the parking lot but that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for you inside. We’ve got plenty of seating in our taproom and we’ll have the brewery space open for seating too. In fact, the brewery space is our designated Dark Den where we’ll be featuring our specialty dark beers including a limited supply of Hivernant, Otterslide and a vanilla infused Porter. Try them all and receive a special Voyageur pint glass to bring home. Just ask your beertender for details on how to participate.
We’ll also be pouring beer in the big tent beginning at 4pm each day. Special food including Double D Barbecue will be available and games the entire weekend including ladder ball, corn hole, giant beer pong, giant Jenga and hammerschlagen. Don’t forget to join us for the fireworks on Saturday night. Our deck and rooftop patio both offer wonderful views of the harbor for your enjoyment. Sunday you can watch as the parade ends right in front of the brewery and be sure to watch for our Voyageur Brewing Company float.
