DESCRIPTION:Enjoy the duo Dance Attic at Voyageur Brewing Company on Sunday from 7-10pm. \nDance Attic is a duo from Duluth\, MN featuring Suzi Ludwig on accordion and Jimi Cooper on guitar. Dance Attic was formed in late 2014 by Suzi and Jimi when they realized they had extremely similar musical tastes. A friend came up with the name Dance Attic upon observing that all the music we perform is dusty and old like the old records one might find in an attic. After taking swing dance lessons together Jimi cleared some space in the attic of Suzi’s barn to create a practice space for dance. So the name Dance Attic makes perfect sense!\nOur setlist started out consisting of old favorites. We’ve been adding new original music in a wide variety of styles. It’s hard to pin Dance Attic down to any particular style. Tunes range from Old time country\, to polka\, Classical Italian\, Polkas\, 1920’s style tunes\, Hawaiian music\, late 1800’s music\, the Monty Python theme song and songs about beer. Expect the unexpected…and sometimes outright kooky! Dance Attic is skyrocketing to world wide obscurity!
