You can enjoy craft beer from Voyageur Brewing Company in Grand Marais, Minnesota whenever you’d like. There doesn’t need to be a special event to visit our beautiful taproom with a terrific view of Lake Superior. But if you need a nudge to get out and enjoy a delicious beer then we’re here to give you that nudge.
We host special events in the taproom including bag tournaments, live music, beer release parties and more. We also attend events like tap takeovers, craft beer festivals and tastings across the state.

Moose Madness at Voyageur Brewing

Visit Cook County’s Moose Madness Festival is back!
The Moose Madness Family Festival is a family-focused celebration of moose originally produced by the Grand Marais Area Tourism Association (GMATA), and now by Visit Cook County. During this uber-busy weekend, hundreds flock to Moose HQ (aka the Visitor Information Center in Grand Marais) and mosey around town to complete activities, earn Moose Bucks and get moosey prizes.
Voyageur Brewing Company is happy to be hosting events in collaboration with the festival all weekend.
- Coloring contest available all weekend, with prizes given Sunday afternoon at 6pm (need not be present to win, parents can just write an email address on the back of the page and we will reach out to you!)
- Samples of and specials on our chocolate mousse dessert on Friday from 3-5pm, Saturday from 3-5pm
- Pin the antlers on the moose on Saturday from 12-3pm.
- “If you give a moose a beer” MADLIBS available all weekend.
